Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued a Notification on 19-05-2021 in connection with DRA 2021 @ 25% to More Employees of various departments. The detail is as under:
DRA 2021 @ 25% to More Employees
The undersigned is directed to refer to the Ministry of Science and Technology’s O.M No. 5 (6)/2002/F&A dated 1st April 2021 on the subject cited above and to inform that the subject case was considered in the meeting of the Disparity Reduction Allowance Committee held on 20th April 2021.
- Finance Division conveys its approval that Finance Division’s O.M No. 14(1)R-3/2021-90 dated 3rd March 2021 is applicable to the Civil employees in BPS 1-19 of the following 14 Autonomous S&T Organizations under the Administrative control of the Ministry of Science and Technology, w.e.f 1st March 2021.

DRA to Contingent Paid Employees
On the same date, Finance Division clarified that the employees of the Federal; Government working on a contingent paid basis and appointed against lump-sum package, are also not eligible for the DRA 2021.
Employees of Federal Tax Ombudsman Civil (non-Judicial)
Finance Division also clarified that Employees of Federal Tax Ombudsman (non-Judicial) Civil employees are also eligible for the Disparity Reduction Allowance 2021.
