Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior has issued an OM on 13-07-2021 in connection with Notification of Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2021 for Federal Govt employees. The employees of FG will observe the following holidays on the occasion of Eid ul Azha:

Notification of Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2021 (Federal)

According to the sources, there was a proposal of three days holidays on this Eid. The proposed dates were 20^th July 2021 to 22^nd July 2021. But eventually, the Ministry of Interior announced the Baqra Eid holidays with effect from 20-07-2021 to 22-07-2021.

As per the Notification of Public and Optional Holidays 2021, the Eid-ul-Azha holidays were 21-7-2021 to 23-07-2021.  Now the new Notification of the Ministry of Interior says that Baqra Eid Holidays for the Federal Government employees are from 20th July 2021 to 22nd July 2021.

How Many Leaves /Holidays Employees can Enjoy?

The Federal Government employees now can get one leave on Friday or Monday leaves and enjoy the 6 days leaves.

There was a fake notification also that someone shared on social media. This Notification someone shared on social media and made the fool of the employees. According to that fake Notification, there were Baqra Eid holidays wef 21^st July 2021 to 23^rd July 2021 (Wednesday to Friday). This is totally a bogus one. The above-shared Notification is real and actually issued by the Ministry of Interior Pakistan.
