Government of Sindh, Services. General Administration & Coordination Department has issued a Notification on 16-07-2021 in connection with Sindh Govt Eid-ul-Azha 2021 Holidays.
Sindh Govt Eid-ul-Azha 2021 Holidays
According to the Notification, Sindh Government also followed the same pattern of holidays as the Federal. Federal Government also issued the Notification of Eid-ul-Azha Holidays for Federal Employees a few days ago. Although there were rumors about the extension of holidays nothing happened in this regard till now. Hence no new revised Notification of extension of holidays. The employees of the province will also get three holidays from Tuesday 20-07-2021 to Thursday 22-07-2021. They will have to attend their offices on Monday 19th July 2021 and Friday 23rd July 2021.
Contents of the Notification
The Government of Sindh has been pleased to declare public holidays on the occasion of the Eid-ul-Azha from 20th July to 22nd July 2021 (Tuesday to Thursday) throughout the Province of Sindh for all Government offices, Autonomous Bodies, Corporations under Administrative Control of the Government of Sindh except essential services and the departments and offices engaged in prevention and control of COVID-10 emergency.

If the remote area employees want to get more holidays there is only option to get the casual leave either from one side. Before Eid or after eid. They cannot get both Monday and Friday leave. If they do so their leaves will count as 5 leaves and they will get no benefit from Govt Eid Holidays.
