Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Elementary & Secondary Education Department has issued a Notification on 23-09-2021 in connection with E-Transfer Web Portal KPK and Banned Manual Applications. The details are as under:

E-Transfer Web Portal KPK and Banned on Manual Application

This Department has launched an E-Transfer Web portal and has banned manual applications for submission to the competent authority regarding posting/transfer, instead of clear-cut instructions the employees of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department are continuously exerting political pressure for posting/transfers, which is in violation of Rules 22 and 34 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Government Servants (Conduct) Rules, 1987.

Serious Notice of the Competent Authority

The Competent Authority has taken a serious note of this state and has been pleased to direct that the violator of the above instructions will be proceeded under the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 2011.

3. Furthermore, there is a complete ban on all kinds of postings/ Transfers manually. This is due to the implementation of the E-Transfers Policy.   All those who are aspirants of their transfers shall apply only through e-transfer.

The procedure for login in the web portal is so easy. Just the willing persons for transfer can log in as under:

All willing candidates to apply for their transfer should follow the instructions of the department. They should not use the previous routine of the manual application transfer. They must use the web portal for their transfer.
