Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued a letter on 27-12-2021 in connection with Detail of Recoveries for Payment of Special Allowance 25% 2021. The details are as under:
Detail of Recoveries for Payment of Special Allowance 25% 2021
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and request you to provide details of recoveries/figures for the special allowances @ 25% wrongly made to the following employees of BS-1 to BS-19, who is not entitled to grant Special Allowance 25%- 2021, of your district:-

| 2. | Officer of Research Wing of Agriculture Department drawing Research Allowance @ 25% of Initial Basic Pay Scale 2017 |
| 3. | Assistant Education Officers, School Education Department drawing Inspection Allowance @ Rs.25,000/- PM |
| 4. | Fixed TA / DA and Stationary Allowance sanctioned to officers / officials (Tehsildar (BS-16) @ Rs. 14,000 (20 dailies), N.Tehsildar (BS-14) @ Rs.10,500 (15 dailies), Qunungo (BS-11) @ Rs.1,000 @ Rs.7,020 (18 dailies) and Patwari (BS-09) @ Rs.6,240 (16 dailies) & Rs.1,000 as stationary Allowance) of Revenue Department. |
| 5. | The employee of Audit Department of Federal Govt. posted in Provincial Government as Divisional Accounts Officers of Public Work Department drawing audit and accounts allowance 20% of basic pay are not entitled to special allowance @ 25% being federal employees. |
