Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Elementary and Secondary Education Department has issued a Notification on 03-01-2022 in connection with Instructions Regarding the ban on Transfer Posting Education Department KPK. The details are as under:

Ban on Transfer Posting Education Department KPK

I direct to refer to this Department letter No. SO(SF)E&SED/4-16/2021/Rrationalization Policy dated 09-09-2021 and to convey the direction of Competent Authority regarding relaxation of the ban on posting/transfer of teachers/officials formalities in accordance to rules/policy/instructions issued by the Government /Department from time to time.

                I further direct to state that the posting/transfer of contract employees, the department will not carry out in any case, please.
