Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department has issued a Notification No. SO(Univ)51-1/2009 on 09-02-2022 in connection with Constitution of Thal University Bhakkar. The details are as under:

Pursuant to Section 3(1) of the Thal University Bhakkar Act 2021 (XI,VI of 2021) promulgated on 24-12-2021, the sub-campus of the University of Sargodha at Bhakkar is reconstituted as “Thal University Bhakkar”.  (a University in the Public Sector), with immediate effect.

It is a good initiative of the Government of Punjab. This will add one more university to the list of universities in Pakistan. Special Thanks: Mr. Muhammad Saleem
