Capital Development Authority (Finance Wing-II) issued a Notification on 08-04-2022 in connection with a pension, Pay, and Pension along with Eid Allowance for All Muslim Employees of CDA. This Notification is about the disbursement of advance salary for the month of April 2022 for the Muslim employees/pensioners along with Eid Allowance (Only serving Muslim Employees) payable on 25-04-2022.
The Chairman, CDA has been pleased to approve the disbursement of salary/pension for the month of April 2022 in advance. CDA did so on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitra-2022. These pay allowances and pensions are payable to all Muslim employees/pensioners of the Authority in advance. The employees will get the same on 25-04-2022 through respective Banks / GPOs (as the case may be ).
- The payment of Eid Allowance will also be disbursed in pursuance of Board Decisions vide dared 03-12-2007 & 31-10-2011 along-with salary only for serving Muslim Employees through respective Banks in the following pattern:-

- The payment of Eid Allowance will also be payable to Muslim Contract, Daily Wages & Muster roll employees (Gazetted & non-Gazetted) presumably they would have drawn had they been appointed against corresponding regular civilian pay scales. The Treasury Division, DDOs and Accounts Officers (Pay Audit-I & II and Pension) must ensure that the payment of Salary along with Eid Allowance to serving Muslim employees and Pension to retired CDA’s Muslim pensioners should be released on 25-04-2022 positively.
- The expenditure involved in the department will meet out from the existing allocation of the Budget (2021-22).
