Government of the Punjab Finance Department has issued a Notification on 13-04-2022 in connection with the Disbursement pay and Pension April 2022 in Advance Punjab. The details are as under:

Details of Disbursement Salary/Pension due to Eid-ul-Fitr
Punjab Govt issued orders for Disbursement of salary/Pension for the month of April 2022. in advance. The same is on account of Eid-ul-Fitr for Muslim Government Employees and Pensioners.
In relaxation of Rules 5.1(2)(f) & 5.2(3) of the Punjab Financial Rules, Volume-I Governor of Punjab please to approve the disbursement of Pay & Allowances and Pension for the Month of April 2022, in advance to the Muslim Government employees and pensioners on 27-04-2022, on account of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Foregoing, in view, you are requested to take further necessary action accordingly for disbursement of pay & allowances and pension on 27th April 2022 positively.
Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Government has also issued the Notification of advance salary April 2022 KPK for the employees of the province. Now the employees and pensioners of the Province of Punjab will also get the pay & allowances as well as pension before eid in advance.
It is a good action of the Government of Punjab. The employees and pensioners now are able to do the shopping before eid. Other Governments and provinces will also do the same.
