Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior, National Data Base & Registration Authority has issued a Notification on 18-04-2022 in connection with Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 NADRA Employees.

Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 NADRA Employees

• According to the Notification, the Chairman NADRA announced that the employees of NADRA will get the DRA-2022 @ 15% of the current/running basic pay as per the Revised Pay Scales 2017.
• The employees of NADRA will get this allowance with effect from 1^st March 2022
• All the permanent, daily wages, contracts, interns, and project-based employees will get this allowance.

Steps by NADRA Chairman

1. The NADRA Chairman has already increased the salaries of their employees by 35%.
2. They have also promoted the employee of the Registration Directorate
3. NADRA Chairman has also provided work opportunities for Interns, short-based and daily wages employees. The employees of Registration Centers and Mobile vans have been included in the list of Monthly Efficiency Allowance.

Before this Federal Government has granted the DRA-2022 @ 15% Federal Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-19. Now the NADRA Office has also favored their employees with this DRA-2022. This will really add happiness to the employees and their families before Eid-ul-Fitr 2022. I hope other departments will also issue their notifications.
