Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 25-04-2022 in connection with the Upgradation of Different Posts in Punjab April 2022. The details are as under:

I am directed to state that the Governor of Punjab has been pleased to up-gradation the following posts, in relaxation of the ban on up-gradation of posts with effect from 01-04-2022:

It is to share here that Punjab Government Finance Department has also issued the Notification of updating GP Fund Balances of the employees of the province. FD Punjab issued this letter on 22nd April 2022.
The upgraded employees will get their increased pay and allowances from the already sanctioned budget. Finance Department will not issue any supplementary grant in this regard.
