I am sharing here the Salary Increase Calculator 2022 Sindh Employees working under the administrative control of the Sindh Government. This calculator has been prepared on the basic of Notification Revised Pay Scales 2022 Sindh for Sindh province employees.
Salary Increase Calculator 2022 Sindh Govt Employees
Recently on 13-07-2022 Sindh Government issued a Notification for an increase in pay and Basic pay Scales 2022. Sindh Government merged a number of allowances into basic pay scales. Some of the allowances, the Sindh Government ceased to exist, and in place of that Differential Allowance 2022 was granted to the employees. The Finance Department Sindh froze this allowance till further orders with effect from 1st July 2022.
Features of Pay and Allowances Calculator Sindh 2022
This is a simple calculator, the employees just have to fill in a few figures and they will get an increased salary after revised basic pay scales in 2022. They don’t need to check the Revised Basic Pay Scales Chart 2022 to enter the amount in this calculator. The employees just have to fill the following columns:
- Grade or Basic Pay Scale Number of the Employees
- Existing Basic Pay before the revision of pay scales or as of 30th June 2022
- 5% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 Amount
- 5% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2015
- 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016

I have been promoted from BPS 14 to 16 kindly update that how much salary will be increased.
calculator need fixation it is still calculating differential allowance for BPS-16 to 34.35% while it should be 31.70% for BPS-16

This calculator is wrong as Disparity Allowance is given on initial basic pay not running basic pay of 2017

The allowance is Differential Allowance and its calculating on Running Basic Pay as of 30-06-2022.
According to this calculator of Sindh, BPS 16 is raised 34.35% whereas the actual raise is 31.7% which is gross injustice for the employees of BPS 16. The benefit is given to the higher scales. In 2020 5% ad-hoc relief allowance was given to the employees of 17 and above and 10% to the below 17. So, BPS 16 should have been in the category of 34.35%.
