Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 22-07-2022 in connection with DRA 2022 GB @ 15% of Running Basic Pay. This Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 is based on the basic pay as on 30th June 2022.
DRA 2022 GB @ 15% of Basic Pay

The Gilgit Baltistan Government has also issued Notification of Revised Pay Scales 2022 GB and Adhoc Allowance. The employees of GB were struggling for a long to get this DRA. Now the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan has allowed their employees to get this DRA 2022 on running basic pay as on 30-06-2022.
- The employees on suspension from service will also get this allowance
- Government employees who are on Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) will not get this Disparity Reduction Allowance
- Employees availing Leave Prerioty to Retirement (LPR) will also get this allowance
