Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Finance Department (Regulation Wing) has issued a Notification of Risk Allowance for Uniform Police Personal KPK. The employees of the Police Department from BPS-0t to BPS-16 will get this allowance with effect from 1st July 2022.
Risk Allowance for Uniform Police Personal KPK
In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet taken at the meeting held on 13-06-2022, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to enhance the risk allowance for uniformed police personnel BPS(07 to 16) by 15% of the 2017 initial Basic Pay (in lieu of Disparity Reduction Allowance) w.e.f. 01.07.2022 as under

- Conditions for the grant of enhanced Risk Allowance will remain the same as prescribed in para-2 of finance Deopartnent letter No-FD(SOSR-II) 2-5/2021/Risk Allow: dated 30.04.2009.
This allowance will remove some financial issues for the employees of the Police Department of lower grade employees. Other provinces should also grant such types of allowances for the Ploce employees. They have a tough duty even sometimes consecutive days.
