Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 15-08-2022 in connection with Guidance Regarding Promotion from PST to EST Punjab Having B.Sc. The PSt now can have promotion as (Sci/Math). The details are as under:
Guidance Regarding Promotion from PST to EST Punjab Having B.Sc
I am directed to refer to your letter No.1378/A-I dated 28.02.2022 on the subject noted above.
I am further directed to enclose this department letter No. SO(SE-III) 15-86/2019 dated 24.09.2022. it also clarified that a Primary School Teacher having B.Sc in any of the subjects i.e. Chemistry, Botany, or Zoology is eligible for promotion as an Elementary school teacher.
