Revised Fees 2022 for Change of Name, Father Name, DOB, B Form BISE Bahawalpur
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education issues a notification on 29/06/2022 about the increase in fees for different terms like change in name & date of birth, ID Card number, etc. BISE Board offers the option to change the name, date of birth, the spelling of name or father’s name, etc. If any candidate puts wrong data or it is mistaken by the institute from which the admission was sent to the board, he is able to correct that, by fulfilling some requirements and paying a specific amount of fee. The change in the fee schedule of different categories was made by the board in a meeting held on June 29, 2022.
Categories in which change or correction is applicable:
The applicant is able to make the following change in record and educational certificates of SSC or HSSC:
- Change in name
- Change in father’s name,
- Change in spellings of the name,
- Change in Spellings of father’s name,
- Change in date of birth
- Change in B-Form number
New Fee Schedule

The new fee schedule will be applicable from the 1st of August 2022.
