Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division, Staff Welfare Organization issued a Revised Notification on 14-09-2022 in connection with Stipend Awards to FG Employees 2022-23. The details are as under:
Revised Notification Stipend Awards to FG Employees 2022-23
These Scholarships are only for the children studying in Government Schools/ Colleges/Universities of the following employees:
Eligible Employees
- Serving Employees
- Retired Employees
- Families of deceased Federal Government employees
Ineligibility
The employees of the following offices are not eligible for the stipends:
- Pakistan Post Office
- Pakistan Telecom Company Limited
- Pakistan Railways
- NADRA
Military Engineering Service - Autonomous /Semi-Autonomous Bodies
- Banks
- Corporations
- Employees Paid out of Defence Estimates
Criteria of Stipend and Cost of Form

| 2 | BPS-05 to BPS-16 | 6th Class to onwards | Rs. 10/- |
| 3 | BPS-17 to BPS-22 | 11th Class to onwards | Rs. 10/- |
| 4 | BPS-01 to BPS-22 | Huffaz & Merit | Rs. 10/- |
The students who have completed Hifz-e-Quran Pak during 2021-22 up to the age of 20 years are also eligible for Cash Prize
Students who have got 80% minimum marks in the 2021-22 Annual Exams of Board/University are also eligible for Cash Award.
Last Date to Submit Scholarship Forms
The last date to submit the scholarship forms is 31st Oct 2022. The employees should submit the forms completed in all respects.
