Holidays on 24th Oct 2022 (Monday) in Sindh on Diwali
The Government of Sindh declares 24th October 2022 (Monday) as Holiday for Hindu Community on the occasion of Diwali for all offices, Autonomous, Semi-Autonomous Bodies, Corporations, and Local Council under the administrative control of Sindh, except those engaged in COVID-19 and flood relief duties.
Sindh Government always announces this holiday for the Hindu Community of the province of Sindh. The Notification of Optional and Public Holidays 2022 Pakistan also contains this holiday for Hindu Community. There are chances that other Governments of provinces and the Federal Govt may or may not issue fresh notifications as they have already issued the same.
