Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department issued a Notification on 28-10-2022 in connection with Regularization of JESTs and ECTs wef 1st March 2022 Sindh. The summary of regularization of teachers in Sindh as under:

According to the Notification Sindh Government regularized the following teachers:
- Junior Elementary School Teachers (JBPS-14)
- Early Childhood Teachers (BPS-15)

Contents of the Notification of Regularization of Teachers
With the approval of Competent Authority i.e Sindh Cabinet (approved in its meeting held on 11th Oct 2022, minutes circulated vide letter No. SVI (SGA&CD) /7(344)/2022, dated 25-10-2022 agenda item No. 25, the services of Junior Elementary School Teachers (JESTs BPS-14) and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs BPS-15), appointed through IBA Sukkur in the year 2018-19/2019-20, under the recruitment policy 2017, are hereby regularized with effect from 1st march 2022.

That is a great news for these teachers who were awaiting their regularization for many years. This will really add zeal and zest to the services the teachers are providing in the province. They will work more efficiently.
