The Directorate of Public Instructions (EE) Punjab issued a letter on 16-11-2022 in connection with the Correction of Data On SIS Portal Before E-Transfer. The details are as under:
Correction of Data On SIS Portal Before E-Transfer Punjab SED
Director of Public Instructions (EE) writes to all Chief Executives Officers in Punjab. Where he instructed them to complete the processes of correction of date before the 25th of November. The Director of Public Instructions (EE) states in the following words:
Apropos to the subject.
The continuous process of data updation / correction on the SIS portal to extend transparency and merit is essential. The new round of e-Transfer for all categories will be scheduled in 1st week of December. The following tasks must be completed before the opening of a new round of e-Transfer:
- Tagging of all promoted Teachers for actualization or their promotion.
- Updation of SNE posts in newly upgraded schools.
- Correction of Teachers’ Data (If any)
- Updation of Data of retired teachers (Having age more than 60 years). (The list is already sent.)
You are hereby requested to expedite the process of promoted Teachers of all categories. This process must be completed by 25th November 2022 without fail, so that in the coming round of e-Transfer all available posts should be reflected to Facilitate the applicants. The concerned authority will be held responsible for any lapse in data.
