Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Notification on 25-11-2022 in connection with the Comparison of Pay and Allowances Medics Nursing Staff and Paramedics. The FD Sindh issued the letter to other provincial Governments for the comparison of salaries of the said employees. The details are as under:
Comparison of Pay and Allowances Medics Nursing Staff and Paramedics
With the approval of competent authority, the Government of Sindh constituted Redressal Committee. The purpose of the same is to ascertain the status of pay and allowances of medical, Paramedics, and nursing staff of health Professionals of Sindh and their comparative analysis with sister provinces as to whether they are at par with their counterparts in sister provinces.
Comparison with Sister Provinces
The committee in its 1st meeting conducted on 24-11-2022 unanimously decided to correspond with sister provinces for the provision of authenticated data regarding pay and allowances given to medics para medics & nursing staff which prerequisite to advise a proposal regarding bringing the pay and allowances at par with the sister provinces.
In this regard, it is requested to inform this Department of the details of Allowances allowed to the Health Personnel from BS-01 to 22 in your Province along with copies of pay slips to enable this department to comparative analysis of these allowances.
