The Directorate of Public Instructions (EE) issued a Notification on 20-01-2023 in connection with the Delay in Sanctioning of E-Leave on HRMIS Punjab. The details are as under:
Delay in Sanctioning of E-Leave on HRMIS Punjab
- It has been pleased that number of e-Leaves of different kinds have not been sanctioned or not forwarded in due time for onward submission to the concerned authority for approval from your login on the portal of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). Due to this practice, the teachers are facing problems due to delays in sanctioning their e-leaves.
- You are hereby directed to sanction or forward the e-Leaves in question well in time within the stipulated period. The concerned authorities involved in delay in the process of forwarding OR sanctioning the e-Leaves will be held responsible.
- It is further directed to dispose of all pending e-leaves cases and all upcoming applications within 03 days positively.
- District-wise detail of pending e-Leaves is attached.
