Before this, School Education Department canceled the express of interest for educators recruitment in Punjab 2023. The SED has issued an advertisement for hiring educators in Punjab schools.
PPSC Teaching Vacancies Educators Latest Updates Hiring of Testing Agency
The School Education Department, Government of Punjab is going to hire a Testing agency for the recruitment of Educators. In this regard, The department requests for Expression of Interest. The Expression of interest the concerned can submit by 08-02-2023. Here are the details:
Recruitment of School Teachers (Educators)
There is a shortage of School Teachers in Punjab. School Education Department Government of Punjab shall recruit new employees for the 25,000 Educators (BPS-14 and BPS-15) vacancies. The applicants shall have to undergo/appear in a test to be conducted by a reputable Testing/Management Firm/company.
The hiring of a Management Firm for the Recruitment of Educators in Punjab
School Education Department requests for Expression of Interest from Testing Agencies/Management firms/companies in regard to Recruitment of School Teachers. Reputable Testing Agencies/Firms having an adequate Testing System can show interest.
The task of the Testing Agency/Firm
The Testing Agency the SED will select, has to conduct tests of approximately 300,000 candidates/applicants, all over Punjab. The Test Agency has to conduct the test in the shortest possible span/limited time.
Mandatory Criteria
The Mandatory criteria for submitting an Expression of Interest are as follows:
- Documentary Evidence that the firm/company is a registered body for the last three years.
- Documentary Evidence that Firm/Company is an active taxpayer with FBR/PRA;
- Undertaking on stamp paper to be attached that Firm/ Company is not presently blacklisted by any Provincial/Federal/donor Institution.
Joint Venture:-
A consulting firm may associate with other firms to form a joint venture to enhance their qualifications and skills etc.
The rule for Hiring the Firm:
The hiring of the Firm the SED will carry out as per PPRA Rule (Rule 40-48). The candidates can obtain Further information including TORs and detailed pre-qualification criteria for evaluation of the firm/company to be shortlisted for issuance of REP document from the following address

Last Date
The willing Firms/Companies must deliver their Expression of Interest before 08th February 2023.
School Education Department may select any testing agency fulfilling the criteria. The top agencies are PPSC, NTS, STS, etc. Punjab Public Service Commission also announced the latest PPSC BPS-14 to BPS18 Vacancies 2023 for various posts.
