Government of Pakistan, Federal Directorate of Education (Carrier Progression Wing) issued office orders on 26-01-2023 in connection with Grant First Time Scale Promotion Non-Teaching Staff FDE Islamabad. These Time scale promotions are for Stenographers (BPS-16), Bursars (BPS-16), Dispenser (BPS-07), and many more NTS staff. The details are as under:

The FDE Islamabad issued orders for the first time scale to various Basic pay Scale Employees with effect from 5th January 2023.

The above employees got Time Scale on the recommendations of the Time Scale Committee (TSC) and with the approval of a Competent Authority i.e Director General, FDE Islamabad. These employees’ First Time Scale as per the Finance Division OM No. F.9(7)R-I/2014-233/2022 dated 28-05-2022 naming Policy Grant of Time Scale Promotion Federal BPS-01 to BPS-16 all Federal Government employees.
