The Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education is promoting Senior Teachers soon. Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education, KPK issues notice to all the District Education Officers. In which, Assistant Directorate ESE, asks DEOs to finalize Seniority lists and to collect Data. Here are the details:-
DEOs to Finalize Seniority Lists for Promotion of Senior Teachers
The Directorate Of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is willing to grant Promotions to senior teachers soon. In this regard, the Assistance Directorate (ESE, KPK) asks District Education Officers to Finalize the Seniority Lists. As per instructions, the DEOs have to finalize the Seniority list of CT, AT, TT & DM. The DEOs have to finalize the lists in light of Rule 16 of the APT-1989. The process shall be complete thorough spreading and deciding all appeals. The DEOs have to start preparations for the formulation of working papers for Promotion to SCT, SAT, STT, and SDM respectively.
Collection of Documents from Teacher for Promotion
The authorities also ask District Education Officers to collect documents regarding the Promotion of Teachers. The DEOs shall collect necessary documents from the teacher which are required for their promotion cases.
Documents Required in Concerned with Promotion of Teachers
The list of documents, which DEOs have to collect from Teachers is as follows:-
- BIO data
- PERs Of Last Five Years
- Last Five Years’ Result
- Attested Copy of CNIC
- Attested Copy of 1st Appointment/ Promotion Order
- Duty/ Service Certificate
- Non-Involvement Certificate
- Attested Copy of the Latest Payroll
- Attested copy of Domicile
- All academic Documents
- Copy and Original Service Book
The above documents are necessarily needed for the promotion of teachers. They should complete documents in all respects. These documents should be signed and countersigned by DEO concerned.
