Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 28-03-2023 in connection with Notification Availability of Human Resources for Conducting Annual Examination 2023. The details are as under:

First Annual Examination of SSC & HSSC level is starting. The School Education Department writes to CEOs and DMOs in connection to the availability of the Human Resources conduct Examination 2023. School Education Department instructs the CEOs and DMOs of all districts about duties.

Presence of Human Resources for SSC & HSSC 1^st Annual Examination 2023

The first annual examination 2023 for Matric and intermediate is approaching.  SED gives instructions about the duties of officers and staff for conducting these Examinations. Here I’ll explain the instructions of SED to the CEOs and DMOs of all districts in Punjab.

• The duties should be implemented which are assigned by Higher Education Department. The Superintendent,  Superintendent,  Invigilators, and Paper Marking staff must be aware of their duties and fulfill their tasks.
• The School Education Department, Punjab also orders to mark the presence of teachers. SED asks all the DMOs to direct the MEAs about Marking the presence of teachers. They have to mark the presence of teachers who are performing their duties at examination centers.

Above are the details of instructions,  which SED directs to CEOs & DEOs. The Examination of HSSC & SSC is just beginning in April. In order to conduct the Examination in a planned way, it is necessary to utilize human resources properly.
