The Government of Sindh issues the notification regarding the award of time scale Promotion to the Para Medical and Support Staff. The time scale Promotion will be awarded on different scales as per Time Scale. Here are the details.
The government of Sindh, Health Department, awards Time Scale Promotion to its employees on isolated/ non-Promotional posts. The employees from scale BS-02 to BS-15 shall get Promotion to the next higher Level as per the period of time in service. The Time Scale Promotion is being granted to all Para Medical and Supported Staff. Here are details of isolated/ non-Promotional posts and the Promotion scale as per the proposed Structure of Time Scale.

Conditions for Time Scale Promotion of PM&SS
The incentive of Time Scale to the Para Medical and Supported Staff will be subject to the following Conditions:
- That the proposed facility of Time Scale would not be applicable to the employees who have availed the benefit of notification No. SO (Pm)12-02-/91-98, dated 17-05-2006.
- That the service structure of Para Medical staff of Health Department BPS-01 to BPS-15 on notified on 17-05-2006 shall he discounted introduction of the new proposed Time Scale for Isolated/Non-Promotional posts.
- The benefit of the Time Scale will be considered and allowed on the recommendation of the respective competent Committee after scrutiny of service record / ACRS etc. Instead of allowing the issuance of simple notifications/orders. For this purpose, Administrative Department shall notify the Committee at the level of M.S. (Tertiary Level Hospital) & DHO concerned.
- The higher grades will be considered incentives without allowing premature increment at the time of pay fixation.
- Supporting Health staff shall be determined on the basis of their job description and whether they are attached to the patients in institutions of fields.
The Administration Department shall ensure that the incumbents of Promotional posts/ Selection grades may not be considered for TSP.
