Many DEAs in Punjab have issued their orders for Public and Private Schools Punjab Revised Timing after Eid-ul-Fitr 2023. I have received the Notifications of new and amended school timings with effect from 26^th April 2023 for male and female as well as single, double shift, and afternoon schools. The details are as under:

Public and Private Schools Punjab Revised Timing wef 26th April 2023

Chief Executive Officers of District Education Authority of different districts of Pakistan issued a notification in connection with a change of opening and closing school timing after Eid ul Fitr.  In pursuance of the School Education Department Government of Punjab in districts as under:

1. Lahore
2. Vehari
3. Kasur
4. Jhelum
5. Jhang
6. Gujrat
7. Rawalpindi
8. Murree
9. Still Waiting

The new Timing will be strictly followed by the order of a competent authority. In this regard, all staff members of single-shift and double-shift/afternoon programs of girls’ and boys’ schools will observe full-time schooling or teaching. With the consultation of the Assistant Education officer’s male and female wing and the Deputy District Education Officer male and female concerned authorities will assure the implementation of the new school timing from 26^th April 2023 till 15 October 2023.

As soon as I get the other districts of Punjab Notification, I shall upload this Notification here for the information of parents, students, and teachers. To the notification issued by District Education Authority (DEA), the new school timing for the junior section Early Childhood and Care (ECE) Class will be 03 hours.
