HED starts to register applications for transfers of teaching and non-teaching staff starting from 12^th June 2023. All willing and interested candidates can submit their applications.

 

Transfer Opens for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff 2023

 

The secretary higher education department orders the willing and interested candidates of teaching and non-teaching staff to submit their applications but you know for the transfer or posting to other stations. The candidates will be transferred or posted to other stations under the terms and conditions of the transfer policy.

All the teaching and non-teaching staff members who are performing their duties in far for long areas can apply to change their place of posting.  All male and female candidates can apply for the transfer under the terms and conditions of the transfer policy.

 

Examination of Applications and Issuance of Order Letters

 

Most of the female and male candidates are posted in different places of postings in far for long areas. Many of them use local conveyance in order to reach their place of posting in time.  But they all feel difficulties due to some time weather conditions or non-availability of conveyance.  Transfer opening is the best opportunity  For all of them who want to is there a clear Posting near their homes.

 The competent authorities will examine the transfer applications of willing candidates from 16^th July 2023 to 31^st July 2023.  After examination and consideration, the selected candidates will receive their transfer orders in the month of August.

Method and Modes of Application Submission

 

For the purpose of transfer, all interested candidates can submit their applications by the following procedures:

 

1. Candidates must fill out the Application under the prescribed format. candidates can send their filled application through the registered mail or Courier service to the “Front Desk Counter establishment in the higher education department civil secretariat Lahore”.
2. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

 

Last Date of Submission of Transfer Application

 

Willing candidates can submit their applications by 15^th July 2023. No applications will be accepted after 04:30 PM.

 

Date of Application Examination or Verification

 

 The competent authority will examine all the transfer applications of the candidates from 16^th July 2023 2 31^st July 2023.

 

Date of Issuance of Final Transfer Orders

 

Respective competent authorities will issue the transfer orders to all the deserving candidates in the month of August 2023.
