Office of the Accountant General of Punjab issued a Notification on 21-06-2023 in connection with Processing Leave Encashment, Financial Assistant And Honorarium Claims Punjab. The details are as under:

Payment of Leave Encashment, Financial Assistant, Honorarium Punjab

Accountant General Punjab issues a letter to all the competent authorities of all districts and account officers of the province. The letter is about the processing of financial assistance leave Encashment and honorarium claims of recently retired government employees. The competent authority orders that due to the closing of the financial year 2022-2023 an early processing of payroll because of the eve of Eid-ul-Azha 2023 Holidays.

Pending Claims of Leave Encashment and Honorarium

There is a lot of number of claims of leave encashment and honorarium due to this religious event. The financial assistance and honorarium are lying pending in district account offices off-province. All these pending issues must be resolved soon. Account offices are also responsible to check all formalities of the complete process.
