Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department issued a Notification on 27-06-2023 in connection with Upgradation Statistical Assistant, Crop Reporter, and Statistical Computers KP 2023.

Upgradation of the Posts in Agriculture Department KP
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department Regulations Wing Circulates a notification to all the competent authorities. The notification is about the upgradation of the post of Statistical Assistant from BPS-11 to BOS-16 and Crop Reporters Statistical Computers from BPS-06 to BPS-11. As the department approves the upgradation of the following above posts by a letter No.SOE(AD)III2(201) upgradation/CRS/23 dated as 22-06-2022. After the upgradation, the department will initiate the new salaries according to the upgraded scale of the employees.
Upgradation of Different Posts in the Agriculture Department
Secretary to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agriculture Department received notification about the recommendation of the upgradation of different posts in the Agriculture Department. The department agrees for upgrading the following posts:
- Statistical Assistance and
- Crop Reporters
- Statistical Computers
The upgradation committee meeting was held on 15th December 2022. The chairmanship of the Security Finance Department and subsequent competent authorities KPK approves upgradation on a note. The finance department agrees to upgrade the post of Statistical Assistance from BPS- 11 to BPS- 16. The committee also agrees to upgrade the post of Crop Reporters / Statistical Computers from BPS-06 to BPS-11 with immediate effect. The upgradation is provided conditionally till the outcome of the CPLA file in the apex supreme court of Pakistan working in the agriculture department. After graduation, the officers will receive new salaries as per their upgraded posts. They will perform new duties of upgraded posts.
The audit copies may be prepared and sent to the department for authentication. The upgraded employees must take charge of their responsibilities as soon as they receive the letters.
