It is to inform the general public that the Pakistan Marine Academy Session 2024-2025 Batch of Nautical & Marine Engineering Cadets Admission Open has been announced. The Government of Pakistan announces new admissions criteria for cadets. Pakistan Marine Academy opens up admissions for the 62^nd batch of Nautical and Marine Engineering. The session introduced the cadet’s admission in session 2024-2025. Interested candidates have the best chance to join Merchant Navy and see the world. It invites applications from unmarried Male Citizens of Pakistan.

After completion of the verification process and important tests, the academy welcomes new Cadets in the Academy. Ministry of marine affairs and Global Radiance Group of Companies also offer educational-based training scholarships to the cadets on a need basis.

 

Complete the Selection Process of Suitable Candidates

 

1. Academy conducts entrance Tests in Abbottabad, Gwadar, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Quetta Rawalpindi, and Sakkhar.
2. Candidates with 50% marks in the entrance test are eligible for further procedures.
3. Pakistan Military Academy applauds the schedule for the physical efficiency test and final interview on its official website.

Provision of Scholarships for the Selected Candidates

 

1. Ministry of marine affairs Offers 37 fully paid scholarships.
2. Global Radiance Group of Companies always provides 04 need-based scholarships to the cadets.
3. Ministry of marine affairs sponsors 33 needed based full scholarship.

Required Academic Qualification

 

1. Sc Pre-Engineering or O/A levels with subject combinations of physics chemistry and mathematics.
2. At least 55% marks in F.Sc.
3. Equivalence certificate in case of O/A level.
4. At least 60% marks in Part-I for candidates appearing in F. Sc/A level Part II.
5. Candidates can submit a hope certificate if they fail to achieve 55% marks in intermediate.

 

Merit Calculation

 

Candidates will be selected finally on a merit basis which includes F.Sc Marks / Entry test Marks /Medical Physical Efficiency Test and Final Interview. Academy will conduct a Physical efficiency test and interview after the medical examination.

Registration Process

 

Candidates can register through the official website of the marine academy. Prospectus and applications are also available at the PMA admission office.

All those candidates who are going to apply on a self-financing scheme are requested to pay Rs. 3,00,000 along with the application.

Eligibility Criteria

 

1. Candidates must attach their academic certificates mark sheets and all documents.
2. All those candidates who are withdrawn from any Academy or training institute including armed forces says on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
3. Applications are not considered acceptable if contained false or incomplete information.
4. candidates who have a Non-combination of subjects and diploma holders of associate engineering degrees are not eligible to apply.

Interested candidates can submit their application for the 62^nd batch by Friday 11th August 2023.

Entrance Test Date

 

Pakistan Military Academy will conduct the entrance test on 17th September 2023
