Government of the Punjab School Education Department issued a Notification on 27-07-2023 in connection with E-Transfer Round SED Punjab August 2023. The Director Monitoring Wing SED sends a notification to All CEOs/DEAs in Punjab to announce the opening of the E-transfer round. All the employees working in the school education department in Punjab can avail of this opportunity to get transferred to their comfortable place of posting. previously government announces the other round for the employees working in the school education department.

The e-Transfer round is based on Merit Basis. All teachers or Officers may avail this opportunity to get a transfer on a merit basis. Eligible employees can be posted to the nearest place of posting.

Schedule Online Transfers for Employees of the School Education Department

All CEOs or DEAs are responsible to tag all promoted teachers on SIS before the opening of the SIS E-Transfer Round.

The E-Transfer round of the School Education Department always provides the best options to the officers/teachers. Most of the teachers work out of the city. They use local conveyance which cost high fares. Those who use personal conveyance are not able to bear the rising prices of petrol. They may get this chance to serve the department in nearby areas.

Terms and Conditions

1. All teachers deputed for Election Duty are bound to perform their election duty as per the previous place of posting.
2. Concern teachers, Head Teachers, DESs, DDO, and CEOs will be responsible to comply with directions for the same. (Perform election duty ).
3. Awaiting Posting Officers/teachers may apply on SIS for their postings.
4. In case of non-compliance of the above teachers or officers their intervening or awaiting period is considered as leave of kind instead of pay purpose.
5. From Undersign officers Above teachers and officers must update on SIS.
6. These officers/teachers must choose maximum preferences for the actualization of promotion on SIS.
7. In case of failure, the above officers/teachers will be posted where the seat is vacant. Or as per the need of the department.

The Higher Education Department Punjab has already issued the Notification regarding e-transfer posting policy criteria 2023 HED for the employees of the Higher Education Department.
