Chief Commissioner Directorate of Industries & Labour Welfare ICT Islamabad issues notification about Rates of Daily and Monthly Wage Rates 2023 ICT. In the exercise of powers, he fixes the new rates under section -04 of the Minimum Wages Ordinance,1961. In pursuance of Article-02 of the Islamabad Capital Territory Administration Order 1980 and all other powers enabling him on this behalf, he announces a new wage rate for unskilled workers in ICT.
New Revised Rates of Daily and Monthly Wage Rates 2023 ICT
The government of Pakistan announces the fixation of Monthly Wages of Unskilled workers. It also includes juvenile workers in all the industries or commercial Establishments in the ICT Islamabad. It implements with effect from 1st July 2023.

New Wage Rate for ICT Unskilled Workers
- The new wage rate for the adult unskilled workers employed in industrial undertaking in ICT Islamabad per day for eight working hours is Rs. 1231.
- A new rate of wages on a monthly basis for 08- working hours for adult and skilled workers employed in industrial undertaking in ICT Islamabad is Rs. 32,000.
- The new wage rate for the Juvenile workers employed in industrial undertaking in ICT Islamabad Per day for eight working hours is Rs. 1231.
- The new rate of wages on a monthly basis for 08- working hours for Juvenile workers employed in industrial undertaking in ICT Islamabad is Rs. 32,000.
- The new wage rates for all the workers are implemented from 1st July 2023 per month or per day.
