Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department issued a Notification on 12-12-2023 in connection with the Request for a Leave Grant & Head-wise Distribution of pay Domain. The details are as under:
Head wise Distribution of pay Domain/Request for Leave Grant
The Finance Department government of KPK issued a letter to the secretary to the government of KPK Elementary and Secondary Education Department Peshawar. The subject of the letter is to request a leave grant.
As per the letter, the deputy commissioner is the principal accounting officer of the district account IV. It also covers Devoted entities and not the secretary concerned.
The department also requests that in the future Elementary and Secondary Education Department may take all search cases with the District Government. Where payment from district account IV is involved. Moreover, it is informed that the finance department only transferred salaries share to district account-IV as a one-line budget. Further objective /headwise distribution is the domain of the principal accounting officer of the district government.

The Finance Department KPK has sent this letter to all the concerned concerned offices. These offices include the Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education KP, DCs, Directors FMIU, DAOs, and Budget Officers. They also sent it to PS to Secretary FD KP.
