I am sharing the details of the Selection of Moavineen-e-Hujjaj for Hajj 2024. The Ministry of religious affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites applicants from the government officers/officials (BPS 07 to BPS 18) to perform welfare duties as Moavineen-e Hujjaj in different areas (accommodation, transport, food, etc.) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) during hajj 2024 though national testing service – Pakistan (NTS) selection shall be made based on quota of various provinces and regions. Officers/officials processing the requisite qualification, age experience, and domicile of the respective, provinces and regions are eligible to apply.

General Terms and Conditions
- The applicants shall be assessed through NTS written and physical/ endurance test. Physical/ endurance tests will be help for shortlisted candidates only. The test will be composed of 5 km of running/jogging for police. Rescue 1122, ANG& ASF personnel and 5 km jogging / brisk walk for others.
- Departmental objection certificates (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidates as comminuted on the official website of the ministry mora.gov.pk and NTS www.nts,org.pk in die curse of time failure to do so will disqualify the candidates.
- Regular government officers/officials (bps 07 to 08) from federal government provincial governments. Governments of AJ&K and GB federal police departments, provincial police departments, AJ&K and GB police departments, and rescue 1122.
- Repeaters shall be selected up to a maximum 30& of the advertised strength of Moavineen-e Hujjaj.
- Due to the special nature of assignments:
- 30% seats of the selected Moavineen-e Hujjaj will be drawn for police rescue 1122 ANF& ASF personnel
- Disable/handicapped government employees are not eligible
- Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of the selection process and is a cause of any false or strong information is: the selection of the candidates will be canceled and may entail discipline preceding
- Ministry of regions affairs & interfaith harmony may increase or decrease the number of Moavineen in line with hajj policy/ Saudi taalimatt. This ministry can cancel the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason for
- N TA / DA will be admissible to the candidates during the selection process.
MORA has also issued a Notification of Medical Mission for Hajj 2024 for the Government employees of Health-related departments.
For female any reserve quota? Or combine male, female merit List will be formed?
