Procedure for submission of application
- Candidates shall submit duly filled applications along with all attested photocopies of their documents to the officer of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Sheilhupura, Lahore Sargodha Road, Near Chinab Nursery, Shikpura.
- Incomplete application roa applications received after the due date for submission of the applicant will not be entertained.
- Applications completed in all respects Should be submitted by 30-03-2024.
