Imposing Ban on Transfer Posting 2024 in KPK Elementary & Secondary Education Department

NO.SO(S/M)E&SED/Mis/11-1/2-24: The Competent Authority is pleased to impose a complete ban on all king of posting / Transfer in the Elementary & Secondary Education Department with immediate effect and till further order, except the posting / adjusting orders to be made in connection with:-

1. Appointment through the Public Service Commission
2. Promotions through PSB or DPCs.
3. Court cases.

The Education Department KP will re-consider the cases of trans/posting. They will issue the new orders of lifting the ban after due consideration. Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should issue the new orders of transfer/post on merit. The teachers want relief. The department should keep in mind the criteria for transfer and postings and should give the right to the employees. They should be posted at their nearest possible places. The department should transfer the employees at their request who have health issues.
