Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETRA screening twist. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process. They will be disqualified by the appointing Authority.
2. Interview call letters will be used to short-listed candidates only.
3. Shor-listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.
4. Candidate should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the application, i.e. 15^th April 2024.
5. Recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the policy provided by Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. Incomplete applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
7. Relaxation of the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing Govt: Rules.
8. The candidates working in Government / Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
9. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning a reason.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
11. Preference will be given to district Swat candidates. In case of no availability of District Swat candidates nearby district candidates will be considered.
12. Error / Omissions in number if the post is subject to rectification.

How to Apply

1. Interned candidates may first visit etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & Candidate personal information) will be generated.
3. A printout of the general UBL deposit slip & Deposit of the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) in any branch of UBL, bank at UBL OMNI agent Easypaisa App, or agent.
4. The last date for submission of the online application is 15^th April 2024.
5. Availability of online application form on ETEA etea.edu.pk on 25^th March 2024.
6. The authorities will soon announce soon Test Date, Time & Venue mentioned on roll No. Slip.
7. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening twist through postal / Courier means.

Note / Important

1. Please keep your documents and passport-size scanned picture (soft copy (with you at the time of online application.
2. Read the instructions though before filling out the online application,
3. ETEA shall verify the deposited fee at any stage, if your payment is not verified, your candidature will be rejected.
4. Fee deposit on someone else CNIC, the department will not verify.
5. The department will not accept the Unclaimed qualifications.
