- PRACS intends to pre-quality the interested individual consultants having specialization in the following fields to hire their services on a need basis, as when required:
Prequalification for (Hiring Services of individual consultants)

| 2 | Railway Mechanical Engineering Expert | Minimum B.Sc. / B.E Mechanical Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) | Minimum post-qualification experience of 25 years in railway rolling stock maintenance and operations |
| 3 | Railway Singling & Telecommunication system Expert | Minimum B.Sc. / B.E Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) | Minimum post qualification in experience of 25 years in railway signaling and telecommunication system |

- Pre-qualification documents may be pursued by the interested individual consultants from PRACS Head Officer Rawalpindi or PRACS Sub-Officer Burt Hall Institute Lahore, on submission of a written application upon payment of 2,000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft or pay order in favor of M/s PRACS>
- The Already pre-qualification individuals Consultant with PRACS are out required to apply again.
