Applications are invited by Pakistan Railway, Headquarters Officer, Lahore for appointment/engagement of retired staff of Telecom Department, on a contract basis for a period of one year of suitable candidates having retired on superannuation i.e. 60 years as posts mentioned against each subject to physical fitness.

Age Limit:-

The maximum age limit shall be 62 years.

Terms and Conditions for Contact Appointment:-

1. Only those candidates who have worked in the above category will be eligible for contract appointment.
2. The period of contact one year should be extendable further for one year if required by Pakistan Railways.
3. The competent authority has the right to reject any application for a contact appointment without assigning any reason.
4. Selected candidates will be required to pass the medical fitness examination from Pakistan Railways Hospital only.
5. No Travelling Allowance / Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid to candidates called for interview / and medical examination.
6. The selected persons will be posted anywhere in the entire railway system.
