  1. Sir! I want to know if a employee apply for retirement after 25 years of service and 55 years of age before 3 months from the date of which he want to retire from Govt. Service.
    1. Will he be eligible for Leave Encashment??
    2. The application for LPR is for those employees who are retiring from Govt. Service on attaining the age of superannuation. What will the procedure to get Leave Encashment for employees who are retiring before superannuation??
