Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department issued a Notification on 21-05-2024 in connection with the Date of Announcement Budget 2024-25 on 24^th May 2024 for KPK. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has decided to announce the annual budget 2024-2025 prior to the Federal Government. The Federal Government has already issued the Notification of Date of Announcement of Budget 2024-25 Pakistan on 7^th June 2024. The details are as follows:

I direct to refer to the subject noted above and to inform you that consequent upon the approval of the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, The Cabinet has decided to present the Annual Budget of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the fiscal year 2024-25 before the Provincial Assembly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 24^th May 2024 A copy of the Summary that the Chief Minister duly approved enclosed herewith for information.

I therefore diret  to request that the Session of the Provincial Assembly Kindly be Convended on 24 / 05 / 2024 at 3:00 P.m.

Convening of Provincial Babinet Meeting

I  direct to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Annual Rivincial Bughet for the year 2024-25 the KP Government will present before the Provincial Assembly on 24-05-2024 at 1500 hours,  A copy of the Summary. Dily approved by the Honorable Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is enclosed herewith. Before Budge Estimates 2024-25 are presented to the Provincial Assembly; these require approval of the Provincial Cabinet as per Rules of Business, 1985.

2. I am, therefore, directed to request that a special budget meeting of the Provincial Cabinet may kindly be convened on 24-05-2024 at 1500. The following will be the agenda items:-

The summaries for the Cabinet on the above items will be circulated by Fiacne and P&D Departtemets prior to the commencement of the meeting.

It is, therefore, requested that further necessary action be taken in this regard under intimation to all concerned.
