Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued a Notification on 17-05-2024 in connection with the Promotion of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) to Senior Clerk (BPS-14) Education Department KPK. As per the Notification, 269 JCs got promotion to SCs. The details are as below:
Promotion Junior Clerk (BPS-11) to Senior Clerk (BPS-14) Education Department KPK
On the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) in its meeting held on 10-05-2024, the competent Authority (Director Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) is pleased to promote the following Junior Clerk BPS-11 to the post of Senior Clerk BPS-14 on regular basis with immediate effect.
- The above-named officials promoted to the post of senior clerk BPS-14 shall remain on probation for a period of one year in terms of Section 6 (2) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servant ACT, 1973 read with Rules-15(I) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil servants Act (appointment, Promotion and Transfer) rule, 1989 which is extendable o another year with the specific orders of the appointment Authority within a period of two months on the expiry of the first year of probation as specified in rule-15(2) of the Ibid rules.
- Posting / Transferable notification of the above Senior Clerk BPS-14 will be issued later on.
