I am sharing the latest Updates on Salary Increase as on 23 May 2024 KPK Employees in Budget 2024-25. As per the statement of Muzammal Aslam provincial minister, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government increased the salaries of Government Employees @ 10%. In addition to that they have a plan of fixing minimum wage rates @ 36,000/- per month.
Updates of Salary Increase as on 23 May 2024 KPK Employees in Budget 2024-24
The KP Government will announce Budget 2024-25 KPK on 24 May 2024 for the financial year 2024-25 prior to all other provinces and the Federal Government. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has a plan to increase the following pay/salaries for the KP Employees in the coming budget 2024-25:
- Salary Increase @ 10% (As per GEO)
- Salary Increase @ 15% (as per Express-News)
- Daily Aaj dated 23-05-2024 @ 15%
- Daily Jang dated 24-05-2024 @ 15%
- 15% as per Dauly Dunya and Express dated 24-05-2024
- Minimum wage rates 2024-25 @ 36,000/- per month
- Elimination of Vacancts post lying vacant for 3 years
Note these are the updates as per GEO News 1800 HRS news on 23rd May 2024. The KP Government may increase more salary for the employees. However, they will finally decide tomorrow before the presentation of the budget 2024-25. They may also give a surprise to the civil servants and pensioners.
Demands of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees
The Employees have a demand to minimum increase the pay of the employees @ 50% keeping in view the dearness in the province. They also want to raise the Conveyance and House Rent Allowance for the employees. They are getting a Conveyance Allowance on the rates of 2014. There is also a demand for the teachers of the KP government. They want their degradation as per the decision of the KP government. The teachers got the Notification of their degradation of the posts more than one year ago but they have not got their salaries fixed as per the Notification. They want physical upgradation of Teachers SST, PST, CT, DM , AT and DET
