I am directed to refer to your letter No DAO / MAT / 523 / 2023-24, dated 4th January 2024 and No. DAO / Mat / 0701 / 2024-24, dated 11th March 2024, on the subject cited above and state that requisite clarification/information pertaining to you Head Masters / Head Mistress (BPS-17) appointed in School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh through Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur on Contact basis and later regularized through Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is appended below in juxtaposition:-
Queries and Their Replies for Annual Increment and Regularization Date

Explanation
After reading all the above clarification, I hope you have found the questions and answers below:
- Annual Increment during Contractual Period
- Date of entry into government service / Date of Regularization of contract employee
- Annual Increment if Regularized after 1st June before December
It is clear that if the employee has regularization after 1st June he will not get the annual increment of that year. The period that the employee has not regularly will not counted into service. He will not have the right to get the annual increments during the contract period.
