I a sharing the Salary increase Sindh Employees as per Budget Speech 2024-25. The Finance Minister / CM Sindh announced to increase in the salary of the Sindh Government employees as well as pension for the pensioners. The government servants and Pensioners will get a 22% to 30% increase in salary and 15% in pension with effect from 1st July 2024.
Pension and Salary Increase Sindh Employees as per Budget Speech 2024-25
According to a speech in the Sindh Assembly on 14 June 2024, the Finance Minister Sindh announced to increase salary of the employees from 22% to 30% depending on various Basic Pay Scales of the Government employees. He also announced an increase 15% pension for pensioners. The details are as under:

Differential Allowance
If the Government employee has not even 37,000/- monthly salary he will get a differential allowance equal to the difference of 37000/- and his salary.
Pension Increase Sindh 2024-25
The Sindh Government announced a pension increase for the pensioners @ 15% of their existing pension minus medical allowance.
Minimum Wage Rates 2024-25
Sindh Government announced minimum wage rates 2024-25 for the workers @ 37,000/- per month. Punjab and the Federal Government also announced minimum wage rates of 37,000/- per month.
Salary Comparison of Sindh and Federal / Other Provinces
The Sindh Government announced the salaries of Government employees are higher than the other provinces and the Federal. Sindh Government especially favored the lower grade employees for BPS-01 to BPS-06. This category of employees is facing a lot of financial issues. Their salaries are very low as compared to the employees of the higher pay scales.
The employees of BPS-06 to BPS-16 will get the same percentage of salary increase as par with the Federal Government i.e 25%. The Federal Government also announced an increase salary of federal employees as per budget speech @ 25% for BPS-01 to BPS-16 employees. The employees of BPS-17 and above of the Sindh Government will get a salary increase @ 22% equal to the Federal Government employees for the employees of BPS-17 to BPS-22.
The Punjab Government also announced a salary increase from 20% to 25% for BPS-01 to BPS-22 pay scales.
