The Directorate of Public Instructions (SE) Punjab issued a Notification on 20-06-2024 in connection with the Receiving of CR Dossiers for the Promotion of the Officers / Teachers on Saturday and Sunday (22-23 June 2024. The details are as follows:
Receiving of CR Dossiers for Promotion of the Officers / Teachers
The letter is in continuation of this Directorate Memo No. 1878 / PC-III dated 20-05-2024,2341/PC-II dated 13-06-2024. In the same way a meeting dated 15-06-2024 wherein the department requested you to prepare the cases for promotion. The promotions form bS-16 to BS-17, BS-17 to BS-18, BS-18 to BS-19, and BS-19 to BS-20 (Male & Female) and submit to this Directorate up to 22.06.2024.
This is to inform you that this Directorate will remain open w.e.f. 22-06-2024 to 23-06-2024 (Saturday to Sunday) 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and District Education Officers (SE) are requested to submit request promotion cases personally.

- PS to Special Secretary, Govt of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore.
- A. to all the Divisional Directors (SE), in the Punjab.
- Assistant Director (PC-I) of this Department.
- Assistant Director (PC-II) of this Department.

You know the promotion of Secondary School Teachers (SSTs) and Officers in Punjab will take place soon. The employees of BPS-16 to BPS-19 will get their promotions to their next pay scales. In this regard, the Punjab Government already issued a letter regarding the Promotion of Officers/ Teachers in Punjab to their next scales.
