I am sharing the updates of Budget Speech 2024-25 Balochistan and pay pension increase. The Finance Minister Balochistan announced a salary increase for the Government employees of Balochistan from 22% to 25%. In the same way, He announced to increase in pension for the pensioners @ 15% of their current pension minus medical allowance. The details are as follows:
Budget Speech 2024-25 Balochistan and pay pension increase
The Finance Minister Balochistan announced the following in the Budget speech 2024-2025 for the employees, pensioners, and workers:
- BPS-01 to BPS-16 employees @ 25% of basic pay
- BPS-17 to BPS-22 employees @ 22% of basic pay
- Minimum pension @ 15%
The Balochistan government will create 3000 new vacancies for the jobless persons of Balochistan.
Before this, the Federal and other provincial Governments increased the salaries and pension at the following rates for employees and pensioners:
Sindh Government Employees and Pensioners

The Federal Government announced a 20% salary increase in Budget 2024-25 Federal as per the Budget speech for the employees of BPS-17 and above. However, as per the budget speech copy the amount of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 is 22%. So the Notification of ARA -2204 will clear the situation.
