The Federal Government established the Debt Management Office (DMO) in the Ministry of Finance under the Fiscal Responsibility and Debt Limitation (FDRL) (Amendment) Act, 2022 to put in place institutional arrangements for reviewing, monitoring, and implementing the Government’s Debt Policy and Overseeing Debt Management.
The Finance Division intends to hire the service of following finance and management professionals, on a contract basis, initially for a period of three 03 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by relevant authority:

It is to be mentioned here that management pay scales are different from Basic Pay Scales. Management Pay Scales have different pay stages as well as annual increment rates. Currently, the general employees are getting salaries under Basic Pay Scales 2022 Paistan.
